Arrival & Departure Dates & Points

For most destinations we fly in and out of the same city. Take a look at the destination you are interested in: if Day One is Arusha and the last day of the itinerary is Zanzibar, then these are the places you need to arrange flights in and out of. If Day one is Cairo and the last day is Cairo, then it is obviously the same arrival and departure destination. All dates stated are arrival and departure dates, i.e. the date you need to arrive in that country and the date you leave that country.

All holiday prices are correct at the time of writing the itineraries. We reserve the right to alter tour prices if foreign exchange fluctuations, fuel prices, or service prices change.

What is included in the holiday price?

All activities, entries to cultural sites and monuments, accommodation on twin share basis, transport, transfers, domestic flights and guide services as stated in the itinerary, as well as all meals except those on "free" days, where you can eat where you like at your own cost.

What is not included in the holiday price?

Visa fees, international flight costs, meals or activities not stated in the itinerary, airport taxes, personal items, snacks, drinks (except where provided with meals), vaccinations, tips or gratuities, laundry, telephone, minibar, personal travel insurance, alcoholic beverages.

We can help you with flights (airfare queries, flight times or bookings) using our preferred travel agents. However, if you have your own local travel agent or frequent flyer miles that you would like to use, then just let us know your flight arrangements.
